1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to wy2, Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and wy2 ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on wy2, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions set out in this document.

wy2 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-platform notification or email. Continued use of the platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any updated provision, you must cease using wy2 immediately and contact our support team.

These Terms apply to all users of wy2, including players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and all other regions of Bangladesh. All services, promotions, and game features offered on wy2 are subject to these Terms.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

wy2 supports a range of payment methods popular among Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and standard card payments via Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit limit is ৳500,000, subject to your verified account tier.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business days. Withdrawals will only be credited to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• All deposits must come from accounts registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• wy2 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

wy2 operates robust anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Any suspicious transaction activity will be flagged and reported in accordance with applicable compliance obligations. Players found to be in violation of AML policies will have their accounts permanently closed.

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

wy2 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. All games on wy2 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, and live games are operated by reputable providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Players are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the following standards:

• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating between two or more players is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage is not permitted.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in a game for financial gain must be reported to wy2 support immediately. Exploitation will be treated as fraud.
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language directed at other players or wy2 staff through any in-platform communication channel will result in immediate suspension.

wy2 reserves the right to void bets, cancel winnings, and close accounts where prohibited conduct is confirmed after investigation. All decisions made by wy2 in relation to disputes and misconduct are final and binding.

7. Limitation of Liability

wy2 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. wy2 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical failures, network interruptions, or any event beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.

In no event shall wy2's total liability to any player exceed the net deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim. wy2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of opportunity.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of wy2 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact wy2 support in the first instance. wy2 is committed to resolving complaints promptly and fairly. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support, the matter may be escalated through the dispute resolution process outlined in our FAQ. All decisions made by wy2 following a formal review are final.
